Sitowise-excursio

Tänä vuonna päästään jälleen Sitowisen tiloihin mielenkiintoiselle excursiolle! Excursio järjestetään tiistaina 29.3. klo 17.00 Espoossa Sitowisen pääkonttorilla.  Paikkoja on 30 nopeimmalle. Ilmoittautuminen alkaa torstaina 17.3. klo 12.30 ja päättyy tiistaina 22.3. klo 23.59.

Vuosikokous

Vuosikokous järjestetään 29.3. klo 18.00 alkaen Sitowisen tiloissa. Kokouksen lakisääteinen sijainti on Linnoitustie 6 D, Espoo, mutta kokoukseen voi osalistua myös etäyhtetksin. Vuosikokouksen jälkeen on mahdollisuus saunoa. Vuosikokouksessa on tarjoilua, voit ilmoittaa erityisruokavaliosi halutessasi excursion ilmoittautumislomakkeella. Ilmoittautuminen on suotavaa myös tarjoilujen mitoittamiseksi.

Yhdistyksen kokouksissa on läsnäolo- ja puheoikeus kaikilla yhdistyksen jäsenillä ja äänioikeus varsinaisilla jäsenillä siten, että jokaisella on yksi ääni. Valtakirjalla ei voi äänestää. Kokouksen päätöksellä voidaan myös yhdistykseen kuulumattomalle henkilölle myöntää läsnäolo- sekä puheoikeus. Mikäli asia mietityttää, voi jäsenyytensä tarkistaa rahastonhoitaja Oskari Nummelinin kautta (oskari.nummelin (a) aalto.fi).

Ilmoittautuminen on suotavaa myös tarjoilujen mitoittamista varten. Excursiolle voi osallistua ilman että osallistuu vuosikokoukseen, ja vuosikokoukseen voi osallistua ilman että osallistuu excursiolle.

Sitowise excursion

Sitowise excursion will be held on 29.3. at 17.00-18.00 in Sitowises head quarters in Espoo. The excursion is held in Finnish. Note that there’s room for the quickest 30! The registration for the excursion will start on 17.3. at 12.30 on this page and closes on 22.3. at 23.59.

Linkki’s annual meeting

The annual meeting will be held on 29.3. at 18.00 at Sitowise premises. The annual meeting is held in Finnish. Statutory location of the meeting will be Linnoitustie 6 D, Espoo. There’s also a possibility to attend the meeting remotely. After the annual meeting, there’s an opportunity for a sauna. There is catering at the annual meeting, you can tell about special diets if you wish with the excursion registration form. Registration is recommended for all to scale the catering.

At the meetings of the association, all members of the association have the right to attend and speak, and the full members have the right to vote, so that everyone has one vote. A proxy cannot vote. By a decision of the meeting, a person who is not a member of the association may also be granted the right to attend and speak. If you’re not sure of your membership status, please don’t hesitate to contact the treasurer Oskari Nummelin (oskari.nummelin (a) aalto.fi).

An invitation to the meeting and an agenda will be emailed to members.
